  • Will CBD or CBG get my animal high?

    No. CBD and CBG are non-psychoactive and won’t produce the “stoned” feeling. THC is the cannabinoid that is responsible for the producing the effects of feeling high.

  • Where does our hemp extract come from?

    We source our CBD and CBG from Hemp Depot who is in Colorado. Hemp Depot grows and processes hemp and is one of the largest providers of premium quality CBD.

  • Is there THC in our CBD Dog Treats?

    No, we use CBD or CBG Isolate. Which means our hemp derived extract is a concentrate of only one cannabinoid. Our extract is third party tested to verify of its quality.

  • How long does it take to process my order?

    Once we receive an order it can take up to 4 business days to process and prepare to ship.

  • How long does it take to ship?

    We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping and USPS overnight shipping. We are in central Oklahoma, so most USPS Priority Mail shipping is within 1-3 days. Please keep in mind, the post office has peak season times and sometimes they fall behind with deliveries. Once we ship a package, we send an email with the tracking number to you so if needed you can track your package.

  • What is our return policy?

    All sales are final however if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • How do I get access to wholesale ordering?

  • How long does it take to process wholesale orders?

    Most wholesale orders can be processed within 4 business days.

  • How long does it take to process bulk orders?

    Bulk orders vary on the processing time. Most bulk orders can be processed within 7 business days, but some items may take longer. Please contact us for more info.

  • How are bulk orders shipped?

    Bulk orders are large orders of dog treats only. They are purchased by the amount of treats and not bags. When we pack the order, we place the treats in Ziploc baggies and carefully package them in our shipping boxes. We use bubble wrap or peanuts or any other packaging material to ensure the treats receive the least amount damage during transit.

  • What is Private Labeling?

    Private label is where we make the product for you and put your label on it instead of ours. We can also send you the product and you can label it.
